How Our Business Works

  • Online only: we sell exclusively through delixo.store. We do not have a retail showroom.

  • Carefully selected products: We work with specialist manufacturers and select practical products that meet the real needs of beekeepers.

  • Customer service: Our support team operates under DASONS FL USA LLC and is available by email, phone, and WhatsApp.

  • Secure payments: All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and supported payment providers.

Our Fulfillment Partners

Orders are packed and shipped through our fulfillment network, including a fulfillment center in California, United States, and an overseas warehouse in Asia.

The fulfillment location is selected automatically based on product availability and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
